Truffle Fries and Ice Mocha. 3/5 for the mocha as the coffee was “drowned” in the chocolate. Portion of fries is stingy too.
Had their latte on another occasion and the beans were from papa palheta, but the latte served was like “water”. I guess it boils down to the skill of the barista, just like wearing a pair of Puma spikes doesn’t make you Usain Bolt?
To sooth the matter, I did enjoy my brunch nonetheless.
My 3rd revisit of Table Manners, but this time round mainly for it’s food.
This was a visit by about 30 pax from a sports conference that was held at the neighbouring offices during lunch time. Since we all arrived at the same time, keeping consistency for all the different orders will be a mammoth task for the chefs. So this will really put Table Manners to the test and prove their standards!
Firstly, we were served with mushroom soup with a dash of truffle oil. Boy oh boy, the smell of truffle oil was orgasmic (Pardon my lack vocabulary and craze over it) and did boosted the overall taste of the soup. Presentation of food was pleasing and food, though wasn’t fantastic, but tasted decent nonetheless. My applause goes to the chefs for the hardwork that they have put in.
