Rasa Istimewa C2K Restaurant
Came to Rasa Istimewa for dinner after an adrenaline pumping yet exhausting competition at Choa Chu Kang Stadium. Ran three 100m sprint races within 4 hours and you can imagine how famished I was at that time!
Rasa Istimewa has two branches. I visited this outlet which is at C2K = Choa Chu Kang and the other at Woodlands Waterfront. I would call this Simpang Bedok of the North West as it is very much similar to Spize and Enak Enak outlets in the East. They also have an extensive menu which will leave you spoilt for choices. At the same time, this is a halal certified eatery which caters to Muslim friends as well!
There were about 13 of us that night, however, it wasn’t much of a feast per se. Apart from ordering our individual dishes, sharing portions were 80 satays (Chicken, Mutton and Babat), Kang Kong and Tou Fu.
Rasa Istimewa has a alfresco dining style, therefore it was rather cooling. The venue is also nicely sheltered, therefore rain or shine, Rasa Istimewa is ready to serve you!
