Prata and Murtabak @ Mufiz
I’m sure this will come as a surprise, but Plain Roti Prata and Teh Tarik is one of my pre-race food when I am in Singapore… Reason? I will save that explanation for another day.
So far, I’ve encountered 3 types of Prata:
1) dry and doughy, 2) Soft, slight “chewy” and thin, 3) Crispy like a biscuit.
I prefer choice 2 and love choice 3. In this case, Mufiz’s Prata is choice 2. I also love their mutton curry…Yum! One more (bias) reason why I like it, because it’s in my neighbourhood.
Will post the CRISPY type of Prata on my next trip!
