21) Patisserie G
Latte was “gao”, not to acidic and smooth too [I’m still a kopi drinker at heart].
These pictures are not so much about the Latte and Desert, but a “Picture Challenge” by my friend.
Patisserie G in Millenia Walk is helmed by Cordon Bleu trained Gwen Lim, who also had stints in the kitchens of Pierre Herme and Canele.
Glad that I revisited them. Since then, they have actually expanded by extending into the next unit and can accommodate easily 25 pax as compared to the previous 10. Apparently, their coffee source is from Liberty coffee roaster, but I didn’t find out about the types of beans for the day.
I had a piccolo latte while my friends had hot chocolate and Iced long black. Coffee was good! Aroma, fragrance, flavour and body all checked! For those who wants to drink the hot chocolate, just a heads up, it’s essentially drinking chocolate directly from a fondue fountain! Yes, it was that concentrated!
Desserts and pastries were nice, will definitely revisit this cafe again!
