Lamb Shank with Ribeye (Home made)
Nice and tender Lamb Shank that was cooked to perfection. It was boiled for about 2 hours, and roasted in the oven for another 30mins and added a dash of salt and pepper for extra flavour! Cost about $6 each which was approx.
As for the beef, we pan fried it till “medium” and also added a dash of salt and pepper for extra flavour! This cost about $16 at approx 450-500g.
