Lamb Chops and Ribeye (Home made)
Decided to have western for dinner. Didn’t pay full attention thus causing the Lamb Chops to be a little burnt. To my surprise, even though it was burnt, the meat was still tender and the fats, yes the FATS, are still as tasty and gives out the “yang sao wei”….The ribeye, which was about 700g was roasted instead.
All meat were prepared raw without and marination, and added a dash of salt and pepper for the taste bring out the extra taste!
