Dimbulah Coffee

All the way from Australia to Singapore, we have Dimbulah Coffee that serves beans only from their own plantation in Tropical North Queensland, Australia. They have five establishments in Singapore and the one I visited was at Bank of Singapore (Raffles Place).

I’m still grasping the concept of ordering Ristretto Latte. At times, some cafes will give me that confused look and asked if I wanted a Macchiato.

Anyway, given a choice of double or single, I went with a single shot today. Bad call! The latte was was served in a 7oz cup and that explains why they serve in double shots by default.

So this tasted like what I had at Nylon Coffee Roaster, where it’s smooth but, in my opinion, diluted. Lesson learned and I will ask for a proper Ristretto latte the next time (or few times).
