Home cooked Black Pepper Beef Cubes
Straying away from oven grilling and pan trying beef steaks, this was my first attempt on cooking black pepper beef and I thought I fared acceptably! The few basic ingredients I used were Oyster Sauce, Olive Oil, Sugar, Black Pepper, Beef Cubes and Capsicums. I guess the main consideration would be the proportion of ingredients that makes the gravy that will determine the overall taste. This time round was a little too sweet and not peppery enough!
On top of that, the marbling and quality of the meat were a saving grace, therefore I didn’t have to worry about its texture!
